Returns & Refunds

You have 7 calendar days after the delivery to request for a return/refund. Refunds are only available for regular priced items that are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Please note the following are final sale and not returnable/refundable:

  • Discounted items or products purchased with a promotion
  • Earrings (for hygiene purposes)
  • Items with sign of general wear & tear, damage caused by misuse or mishandling
  • Gift cards

Refunds do not include shipping costs. You are responsible for the additional shipping charges if a returned or uncollected package needs to be redelivered.

Please note that any free item received with the purchase should also be included in the return.

If you need to return an eligible item, please contact us at support@insparklejewelry.com with the product details and order number. We will provide you with clear instructions on how to return the product. Once we've received the returned item, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your return, please contact us at support@insparklejewelry.com. 

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please refer to our Return policy outlined above. Once your return has been accepted, you may place a new order on our website.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Please send a photo of the product and order number to support@insparklejewelry.com and we'll gladly resolve the issue.

We reserve the right to refuse any defective item reported over 7 days after the delivery date.
