HOW TO MEASURE YOUR WRIST OR RING SIZE

• Take a flexible tape measure, string or a strip of paper
• Wrap it around your wrist below the wristbone (where your bracelet would normally fall)
• Mark where the tape measure, string or paper stops
• If using a string or paper, you may use a ruler to measure the length up to the mark
• This measurement provides your wrist or ring circumference
